Operations Consulting is the work that comes before any major decision about how your office runs. For some offices, that means finding what is breaking down. For others, it means building the structure that should have been in place from the start. The work is the same either way: we look at the core of how the office is meant to function, identify where the gaps sit, and give you a clear picture of what to do.
This is the service most clients start with, because it is the one that answers the questions every decision depends on.

How it works
Operations Consulting engagements are scoped to the office and the situation. Smaller offices with a single workflow concern can be addressed in a focused engagement. Larger offices with multiple departments or workflows, or offices being built from the ground up, take longer.
Every engagement starts the same way: a Discovery Call. We use that call to understand your situation and determine whether Operations Consulting is the right service line, or whether something else fits better. If we are not the right fit, we tell you that.
Engagement length, format, and scope are discussed during the call. Specific recommendations and pricing follow in a written proposal after.
Where it connects to other services
Some clients move from Operations Consulting into Back-Office Support after the structure is clear. Once we have identified what needs to change and what should run smoothly, we can also provide the team to run it. This is not required. Many clients take the diagnostic work and execute the changes internally. The right next step depends on what we find.
