What this service is

Core Advisory is operational advisory work. We help offices see what is actually in the contracts and vendor relationships in front of them. We help you read the terms you have agreed to or are being asked to agree to, and we help you understand what is operationally happening when a vendor relationship is not delivering what it was supposed to.

This is not legal advice. CoreAssist is not a law firm. We do not interpret law, advise on rights or obligations, or replace the counsel of a licensed attorney. What we do is operational: we help you see the situation clearly so you can take it forward with the right understanding and the right next step, whether that step is internal, operational, or involves legal counsel.

How it works

Core Advisory engagements are scoped to the situation. Some clients come in with a single contract to read. Others need ongoing advisory work across multiple vendor relationships or business situations.

Every engagement starts the same way: a Discovery Call. We use that call to understand what you are dealing with and confirm that Core Advisory is the right service line. If the situation calls for legal counsel rather than operational advisory, we will tell you that and recommend you start there.

Engagement length, format, and scope are discussed during the call. Specific recommendations and pricing follow in a written proposal after.

Where it connects to other services

Core Advisory often pairs with Operations Consulting when contract or vendor issues are surfacing patterns in how the office runs. It can also pair with Back-Office Support when ongoing contract administration becomes part of the team’s regular work. Many clients use Core Advisory as a standalone service for specific situations. The right combination depends on what you are dealing with.
